The 2011 Holidays in Starkville are a sweet sensation, and you won’t want to miss it! From concerts and comedies to wreaths and wrapping, Mississippi’s College Town offers Ho! Ho! Ho! with all the trimmings. Mark your calendars for our unique blend of old-fashioned Christmas traditions and New South sweet shopping experiences. Merry Christmas from Starkville!

CHRISTMAS OPEN HOUSE
November 6 ~ 12:00-5:00pm
& Cookies with Santa

In addition to an afternoon in our exquisite boutiques for Starkville’s annual holiday shopping kick-off, you’ll make memories with our inaugural Cookies with Santa. Stop by the GSDP Welcome Center at 200 East Main for photos on Santa’s lap! Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit United Way of North Central Mississippi and may be purchased at the GSDP during normal business hours.
Cookies with Santa
11am – 3pm
$10 per child
Tickets include a professional photo session with Santa, professional high-resolution jpg for use in Christmas cards and Facebook, and cookie treats to-go!

STARKVILLE CHRISTMAS PARADE & TREE LIGHTING
November 28 ~ 6:00pm
The Famous Maroon Band, MSU cheerleaders and a host of floats from community businesses and organizations create an old-fashioned Main Street Christmas experience.

Starkville homes deck the halls for this tour of holiday decor that is sure to get you in the spirit of the season!
Tickets are $20 each and may be purchased at the GSDP at 200 East Main during normal business hours.
