The Dog Days of Summer continue in Starkville this week with tomorrow’s community Independence Day Celebration! Join us at the Starkville Sportsplex from 6:00 to 9:00pm for great family fun before the annual fireworks display beginning at 9pm. The festivities will include live music, free hot dogs and ice cream, inflatable jumpers for the kids and a 20-minute fireworks show. Visitors are encouraged to bring frisbees, footballs, soccer balls and other equipment to play during the celebration, and don’t forget your lawn chairs and blankets for the fireworks!
